Te Whatu Ora Health NZ - Wairarapa

MOBILE SERVICE - available for anyone

The Te Whatu Ora / Health NZ Wairarapa (was DHB) team is now providing a mobile service open to anyone. 

If you need a vaccine at home, work place or within a community group setting, please call us on 0800 829 924 and we can book at a time to come and talk with you and help with vaccination. 

We are happy to do group bookings, if this would be helpful to your group.

There is no criteria needed to make this request, but we will pioritise those individuals or groups who have identified challenges to being able to come into a clinic, or experience high risk of infection.

Our phones open 8.30am to 5pm, 7 days a week. We are happy to talk through any questions or concerns that you may have.

Featherston clinic - Community Centre, Wakefield Street

We now provide a clinic for those eligible for COVID or free Flu vaccinations

This service will be open alternate Satrudays, 10am to 330pm

Please use https://bookmyvaccine.covid19.health.nz/ to book your vaccination now.  We can support all age groups and provide the alternative NOVAVAX vaccination if preferred.

Please ensure you keep an eye on the news and check that you are eligible before booking in the clinic.  Details will be available on the MoH Website or you can call us on 0800 829924 to check.

The majority of routine vaccinations can now be administered before, after, or at the same time as your COVID-19 vaccinations. The exception to this is the Zostavax (shingles) vaccine where a 7-day gap before or after receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 is advised. If you have any questions, please discuss with your health provider.
